| Bio: | I'm 34, married, and a mom to two kids, ages 6 and 4. I'm currently a stay at home mom (sahm) engaged in what seems like a never ending search for full-time employment after 6 years out of the professional workforce. Ideally, I will eventually find a position as an office drone in HR/Recruiting. In whatever job I find, my goal is to continue to be defined as the person I am, rather than the work I do. I'm a genuine, down to earth person. Basically, what you see is what you get, and sometimes it's pretty and sometimes it's not. 3 adjectives to describe me: intuitive, crafty and practical: intuitive - I'm good at reading people and situations. Prior to having kids, I worked in human resources, and this skill served me well. crafty - I like to think I'm semi-creative. At different times, I've been into scrapbooking, knitting, crochet, card making. Knitting seems to be the thing I come back to time and again. Right now I'm working on squares to send to Warm Up America and also a scarf or two. practical - I'm realistic. I will look at a situation and tell you my honest opinion, whether it's good or bad.
